1. Service Description
Cloud-based DAST and SAST platform for application security testing.
2. Acceptable Use
- ✅ Your own applications
- ✅ Authorized penetration testing
- ❌ Scanning 3rd party systems without permission
- ❌ Interfering with other customers
3. Payment Terms
Monthly or annual billing. Prorated upgrades. No refunds except as required by consumer law. 7-day grace period for late payments.
4. Service Level (Professional+)
99.9% monthly uptime. 4-hour priority response. Credits for downtime exceeding SLA.
5. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability equals 12 months of fees paid. No indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
UAE law, Sharjah courts.
